Here at Lancashire Party Post Boxes we like to keep things fair and simple!

Our Terms and Conditions:

  • We cannot offer refunds for cancelled bookings.
  • Personalised inserts are available at £5 extra, please request on booking.
  • All post boxes are collection and return only from FY8 1NP.
  • Hire period is for 5 days, however if required this can be negotiated at time of booking.
  • On collection of the post box a £100 cash deposit is required. This will be returned when the post box is returned, providing there is no damage.
  • If the arrangement details are not met in full, then a fine may be issued. The price of the fine will be calculated by taking into account all factors.
  • We retain the right to retain the deposit in the case of lost or unreturned post boxes, damaged post boxes or post boxes returned later than planned where a future hire is missed.
  • If we cannot meet your booking needs we will offer you an alternative post box or the right to cancel your booking.
  • We cannot guarantee stock availability but can almost always cater for orders more than 14 days in advance.
  • If you intend to collect within 5 days of ordering please call us on 07926045809 to confirm stock availablilty.
  • Most of our post boxes come with a key. If the key is lost or damaged there will be a £10 charge.
  • We try to be flexible however collections and returns can only usually be in the evenings and at weekends and will be confirmed nearer the date.
  • Bookings must be made at least 14 days before the collection date. Special arrangements may be available by contacting: 07926045809
